Mak Bokano Contracting (Pvt) Ltd was established in May 2015. The
Principal shareholder, Eng R.M Nhrerera was a founding major
shareholder.
Driven by excellence in execution, we will deliver any project, any
time, in any environment for the benefit of our clients, stakeholders,
employees and the communities we service.

Building Staffs

Our team consists of key personnel including a Contract Director, Company Secretary, Finance & Administrator Manager, Contracts Managers, Projects Managers, Commercial Manager, Human Resources Officer, Estimator, as well as on-site staff such as Site Agents, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, Land Surveyors, Electrical Officers, Safety Officers, Foremen, and Site Clerks, who are appointed according to project complexity and workload.

Our Experts

Ransom Nherera is the principal shareholder of MAK BOKANO Contracting. He is a qualified
civil engineer and registered member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (ZIE) and
Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ). In addition he is the former President of Zimbabwe
Building Contractors Association (ZBCA). Before founding Mak Bokano Contracting Eng.
R.Nherera was co-founder of Mutual Construction (1997) Pvt Ltd as the Operations Director
and shareholder. He also worked for various companies which include Grinaker
Construction, Costain Africa, FMI Contracting Pvt Ltd in various corporations.

Engineer M. Mupasiri served as a Contract Manager at MAK Bokano for the UNOPS-IO Clinics project.
2. He worked as a Design Civil Engineer at Southland Consulting Engineers for the Bluffhill Housing project.
3. Eng. M. Mupasiri was the Design Engineer and responsible for Quality Control at the Marondera Food Court project.
4. For the Trek service station project, he handled design and supervision at Southland Consulting Engineers.
5. Involved in civils design and supervision of the Kamfinsa Housing project at Southland Consulting Engineers.
6. Managed the construction of a 3km boundary wall in Mutare for Bak Storage as a Contracts Manager at MAK Bokano.

experience Mr. Tendai Dzumbira has been involved in the
following Projects1. Finsure House: Worked as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
2. Nkulumane Shopping Mall: Role was Senior Quantity Surveyor.
3. Markro Mega Store: Served as Site Agent.
4. NMB Bank Southerton: Project Manager for banking hall and offices.
5. Mr T DZUMBIRA ARIPO Offices extensions: Managed double storey building project.
6. Gweru Megawatt Complex: Oversaw office block and shopping mall projects.
7. Sawanga Shopping Mall: Managed medium-sized mall construction.
8. Tribac, Harare: Led tobacco warehouse and office building project as Project Manager.
